so! exciting times....well honestly, the whole house closing thing was kind of anti-climactic. i had to sign my life away and then at the end it's like "ok it's yours, now you can get it re-keyed". boo! no keys or anything! so it really doesn't feel real yet esp. since i don't have a bed or anything like that. anyways, both my parents and brandon was there (he had to sign like one paper?) and my mom took pictures..boo mom! lol. and the girl didn't know how to pronounce "mortgageit" (the company with my loan) ...she tried to say it like in french, i was like "umm...mortgage it?" she's like OH! then proceeded to laugh about it for the next 5 minutes and telling me "don't tell anyone about that" ok whatever.
after that, my parents and i went to eat at casa garcia's and i invited shawna to come meet them and eat with us. they liked her, she liked them, etc. it was fun! *heart*. then my mom and i went to look at bedroom furniture and i found this that i really liked. we still have a few days to look, but this may be the one. i just don't like how they tuck in the blanket or comforter, that looks weird.

3. a new friend - brandon, the mortgage guy
4. a new found love for coupon books (i have 2 loans AND a mortgage coupon book)
5. hopefully a new bed soon
i can't believe it's just THURSDAY! looong week. but tomorrow is dave!! yay!
today is my parents anniversary. happy 26 years. wow.
