ok, real post of the day, not too much ranting...
work was fine today, i've had more stuff to do this week now that my boss is back, and we had a good laugh over our conference call with our peeps in london, b/c the girl who was doing the phone connecting had to call us back like 4 times, and my boss was like "watch this, next time gaye (our boss) will be REALLY pissed when she gets on the phone" ..sure engouh, we are all on the phone and she's like (in british voice) "right, silvanna, next time, get it right" ...ok, had to be there. anyways, i looked for houses, no avail...i am getting frustrated, for several reasons. 1. i need a loan 2. i have a loan from school, that may hurt me getting a house loan ..booo...and 3. the areas i want to get a house are either too far north or if they ARE in my areas, they are waaay too expensive. and as much as i'd love to live in westlake or something, i can't spend 30 years paying off ONE house, soooo, it sucks..and i'm ready to move out. whatever.
i left work early b/c my boss left at 5, so i figured leaving at 515 since i was just spending my points on the majic and MIX websites on random raffles, wasn't that big of a deal. i came home, and sat around, reading Lucky and watching tv, waiting impatiently for american idol..the theme was 70s dance songs, which is fine. better than musical week...i was a little worried for constantine and bo, but here is what i thought about everyone:
constantine: maybe not his week, i didn't know his song and i'm hoping no one else did either
carrie: didn't know the song, but she is a favorite no matter what, so i voted for her
scott: 3 words for you: PLEASE. GO. HOME! oh and don't kick simon's ass on the way out. (am i the only one who's noticed his dislike for simon? hmmm)
anthony: go home too.
vonzell: good song choice i thought, she is ok, in my top 4, which isn't saying much, since i don't like 3, lol. i voted for her too, if i want a good top 4 i need to NOT vote for the peopel i dont' like and just vote for everyone else regardless if i think they will win or not.
anwar: um HELLO! i love that song! and although i really wanted him to stop dancing, i heart him, voted for him
bo: bo, if you didn't have long hair and i didn't have a boyfriend, would i want to be his microphone? yes. i don't really know that song he sang tonight, but i thought he was HOT tonight! VOTED for him!
i think the bottom 3 will include anthony, scott and anwar for some reason, but that's just b/c it's getting close...so ya know.
went to the gym, ran my miles, and was all "glowing" ick. now i'm adding to my music collection, hurrah!
