well i'd have to say i'm going to just make this as exciting as i can..it wasn't too bad of a day. i get these big projects but they take me like 15 mins to do and then i get antsy b/c they're sort of boring, so i'm constantly checking' email or facebook or blogs...argh! so when my boss is like i have something for you to do (that's a little project) i get really excited and i think she thinks i'm being sarcastic, but i'm not...i'm REALLY excited! whatever.
today, i started my website for my class in dhahran, yay! i have a title...sweet. also, i found out that the company which owns my company's building offers a gold's gym's discount! let me tell you $100 total, was so much more doable than $400!!! and it's 27.99/motnh, which is fine, anyways. i left work early, came home, listened to my mom tell me how she got really pissed off at her boss and hung up on him (yessss!) and then went to meet anthony at gold's, so he could sign me up, i know he really wanted me to get a trainer, but it costs like $165 for 3 sessions (apparently they don't just do 1?) and if i didn't do the premium it was only like $1.50 more a month, which i can do, so i was like can i just sign up for training later? i don't want to blow my entire paycheck! whatever
so i came home, watched american idol, i thought it was a lot better than last week, i missed nadia's and most of bo's, but i really loved anwar tonight (ok that's not unusual), but i mean he did REALLY well, i will agree with the judges that anthony federov redeemed himself this week, he put his all into it and as much as i wish clay aiken jr. would go home, he did his thing. vonzell sang one of my favorite songs! and i think scott just needs to go home voluntarily, especially when simon told him what he thought of him and he looked like he might go down and kick the crap out of him, whatever. he hurt my ears...(scott, not simon), i totally disagree with judges with carrie underwood, i thought she did GREAT! i know she is "country girl" but i think tonight (along with when she sang heart's "alone") proves that she can sing other stuff, and isn't that the point of the show? to show you're not a one genre singer? i wanted to kick simon, she looked and sang hot tonight! and...constantine, eh. go home. i voted for bo, anwar, and tried to vote for vonzell and carrie but couldn't get through so i stopped trying, whatever.
anyways, then i went back to the gym to begin my workout, this time armed with my ipod, it's amazing what music can do, i ran 2 miles!!! and just stopped b/c i thought i had been there for awhile, but i could have ran more, I HEART MUSIC! i'm going to make a work out playlist (idea stolen from shawna and sharla) anyways, on the way out, i saw a familiar face, and i realized that attending the gold's gym by where i used to go to high school, this might be happening regularly. i saw josh white (although i coudln't remember his last name for the LIFE of me for the first 5 mins we talked) and he is a lot bigger than i remember, i guess it's muscle, but i don't know. i just remember him as this skinny junior, but whatever. anyways, he seems to be doing well, and apparently we're work out buddies now, but there's no way that i can be on an elliptical for an hour, so i hope he doesn't get any ideas. so i think it's more like, we'll be there at the same time and say hi for 5 mins and go on our way. anyways, whatever. now i have 2 high school friends, and that seems weird for me (i mean that i WENT to high school, not that they are going there now) i mean...high school? oh well
anyways, last but not least, britney "announced" to us that she is pregnant with k-fed's baby, well isn't THAT great? less than a year of marriage, and baby on the way? and they're both so DIRTY! i'm like, how can ANYONE be happy about this? well good luck with that, and my main question is...why is everyone so surprised? she has a big pooch and has had one for awhile and her boobs got bigger, and all the tabloids have suspected, and now it's like WHAT?! she's PREGNANT!? who would have THOUGHT?! uhh yeah. so my only other issue is, poor child. if she named her dog bit-bit, what's she gonna name the kid? itsy-bitsy? or something else as lame...i wouldn't put it past her...whatever.
