well i had a pretty good weekend..got to spend it with the boy, which is always a good time ! :) after i got in, we went to grab a quick bite to eat, then ran around to best buy and target to look at the possibility of me getting a small boombox for my office..right now i just unplug my speakers from my computer and plug them into my ipod, but it would be easier if i didn' thave to constantly do that, and what if i wanted to listen to the radio (for some random reason)...anyways! we started watching season 5 of sex and the city..the one that has only 2 CDs and they only have 4 episodes on each, yeah it shouldn't even be classified as a season but whatever, that's when sarah jessica parker was pregnant or something..
the next morning, (apparently my body clock is already changing and i can't wake up any later than 9, super), i got up to buy tickets to see dave matthews in san antonio in september! yay! i'm so excited, we got lawn seats, so if you are going, let me know and we can share a blanket! :) then we went on drew's boat for about 5 seconds..that wasn't his fault, something was wrong with it, and then andy and i went to eat and then to see his art and all this art at the student art show..very impressive, then we went to the mall and i got a whole bunch of stuff at Express b/c they're having their awesome 60% off sale, i got 2 skirts, 2 tank tops and a necklace, i am very satisfied with all my purchases esp. when i added it up if i hadn't bought all that stuff on sale it would have cost me almost $200! ridiculous..and had i not noticed a pair of amazing pants were ringing up for $80:?! i would have spent way more than i did...but i did well :) anyways, we hung out at andy's apt and then met drew and amy (the girl he's dating) at crickets, which was good, the pizza wasn't SUPER, too much cheese (and it was a LOT, this coming from the girl who loves cheese!!) then went to walmart and bac home to watch robin hood: prince of thieves (never seen it) didn't finish it though
pretty much just stayed in bed all day today, watching the rest of robin hood and the rest of sex and the city...what a wonderful lazy day, especially after 3pm when we realized it was daylight savings time today..whoops! lol...i had a good drive back and got to watch the 2nd half of the baylor/lsu game just enough to watch us WIN!! yay! i am so excited! i 'm going to take my baylor pennant to work to put on my wall, i know that's stupid, but i'm very proud..lol
so another work of week begins,..but i think i'm in my groove now, i plan on having some lunches and dinner with people..so shawna, we will be talking ;)
