hey,
so here's a weekend recap..andy came in on friday and i was so excited to see him! yay! we just ran some errands, then had lunch wiht my mom, sister in law, and niece, more errands, went to look at houses with my fam, then had dinner with the fam, and then we got hit by a really short lived hail storm..but we ended up staying in anyways...poor andy, it was more of a family weekend, it wasn't supposed to be that way, so i'm thinking about going down there this weekend, i hope that i'm not too wiped out from my first week of work! eeeeee, i start tomorrow!!
ANYWAYS, saturday i had to run all over austin for my mom who was hosting this baby shower, then andy and i met bundy for a loong lunch at Texadelphia, it started pouring when we got there, so we just chilled out...it was good...afterwards, we went to the pet store to see if they had any dogs, but no, we looked at fish and hamsters and rats (ick) instead...then to target and then home, i packed really quick and waited for my mom...anywyas, then we were ready to leave, so i said bye to andy, and went off to san antonio...we went straight to the church for my cousins' confirmation thing, so i got her daugthter and her 2 nieces and waited for the service to start...well i didn't realize it was a full on easter vigil service (catholic, mind you), so iwas there for like 3 hours!! it was nice and all, it actually made me realize i haven't been focusing on my faith as much as i should, so...that' somethng for me to sit and ponder about. after that, my mom and i went to whataburger (yesss! taquitos at 11pm!), then to sleep...
today my mom let me sleep til forever, so i got dressed quickly and my aunt had made lunch so we went over to her house and ate an "easter lunch", then came home...it's so pretty outside, but it's already 5pm, i feel like my whole day is over or something...oh well, i'll figure something to do...
