well i'm up late (or early) tonight...whatever, today i didn't do a whole lot...i already wrote earlier, anyways, i went with my mom while she showed a house and then to stein mart, we came back and i watched american idol and saw lindsey whatever get kicked off, which is fine, i really didnt' care about her and i thought it was funny that they threw jessica sierra in the mix like she really got the lowest votes, i highly doubt that, but apparently 30 million votes wasn't enough for FOX, they want more voters next week (ok, i'm going into tv politics, so nevermind) anyways, i got ready to meet scott and his friends, mitch & kasey (aka "myers") so we coudl go downtown to celebrate scottie's bday.
it was fun, and for the first time in awhile since i've been to 6th, i stayed pretty sober, i only had like 1.5 drinks, and it was really funny to watch scottie and myers get drunk, we started at logan's and met tim & kristen there, then went to habana calle to watch friends of lizzy play, they have really improved, i'm going to buy their new CD, then scott wanted to hang out more, so we had to listen to some other ick band play, paul came aroudn then and since they were playing outside, we went inside to stay warm, this tiem i had a jacket, but geez, it was FREEZING tonight and my shoes were killing me, i've had better times, but anyways, also i was leaving the bathroom and this girl was going in and was like "bye" and i'm like what? she asked me "are you off your shift?" and i'm like who ARE YOU!?! i said, sort of rudely "um, i don't work here"(bitch, geez)...FINALLY we went to meet brook and her friends at Paradise, nothing much going on down there, so we wandered to the library for last call, and i ran into charlie wagner and vinay murli from saudi, RANDOM! (and awkward) but whatever...
some highlights of my night and evening:
*finding another maroon 5 acoustic CD i had, with a cover of the beatles "if i fell" on it
*a massage
*not spending beaucoups of money downtown
*watching scott stumble back and forth across 6th street
*listening to scott say how NO drink had ANY alcohol in them (believe me, they did)
*the scene on 7th & trinity of a cute girl saying "hold me someone" and scott turning around and hugging on her ..for quite awhile, it was pretty funny, i think you had to be there, b/c he was totally milking it
*myers thinking i was absolutely amazing just b/c i walked to the bar and bought him beer (2x...ps, it's not hard to order beer or jack & coke)
oh silly drunk boys. it was fun, anywyas, i stopped at whataburger on the way home and i'm writing so that the food can settle some...anywyas, tomorrow i'm having lunch with paul and then going out with bundy later...wheeee, st. patricks day...
oh AND i found out why my uncle and his wife separated and needless to say, it is absolutely ridiculous, like my uncle REALLY needs to be almost 60 and living with a 29 year old...come ON!
