i hate when i type an entire post that is so boring and realize that yes, i had a few things to mention...on this case, its' really only one, and it's not that entertaining, but i had wanted to say something about it.
yesterday i had lunch with 2 co-workers, it was sort of awkward, but it was fine, we went to this asian restaurant called suzies' over here on shoal creek, it's cute, it looks like pf changs, but smaller. the food was pretty good...ANYWAYS, while i was there, i noticed a girl about the age of 18 or so eating with her parents...after the conversation started getting dull on my side, so my ear perked up when i heard "...it's this thing called facebook..", and i quickly turned to the table, i wasn't being obvious, i just thought it was funny...anyway, i heard her describing it to her parents, and their response was "that's neat"...translation: we don't get it. whatever, then i realized that i am a 23 year old college graduate who visits www.thefacebook.com on a regular basis, she on the other hand mentioned she was a freshman...great, i'm old...
i'm trying to waste time, i'm leaving in another hour, but it's hard, i guess i should try to do some work...boo...i'm trying to fix my family tree on my family's website, shawna says it should be visual, i think so too, it's just hard to do...blah..
