so yesterday was cool, the sun wasn't coming out it didn't seem like, so i got dressed and went out with my parents to Garden Ridge (i had wanted to lay out, and of course when we left, it was sunny--whatever)
anyways, we went all over that store, and I finally found a picture for my office (I need like 5 more) but it's cool, i got "starry night" by van gogh for only $9.99, yessss. anyways, then my parents dropped me off to meet bundy at the mall (yes, i felt like i was 15 again), i also had to crouch down in the seat, b/c my parents bought this overly sized painting for over the fireplace, so i had to like duck underneath it...nice.
anyways, bundy and i pretty much closed down the mall. haha, we went to the Gap, where i bought a pair of underwear and this mini-lip gloss you can put on your key chain (yeah i know, whatever)..then to victorias secret, then to Express, a bunch of their stuff is on sale right now, so we tried on like half of the store, the dressing room guy was definitely gay, but he was awesome, he was better than a girl helping us with clothes and stuff, and i couldn't figure out what was weirder, that he knew so much about clothes or that he was wearing women's jeans...whatever. i ran out of there with this pair of pants that i have been eyeing since about february (marked from $80 to $39!!) a pair of khaki capris, and 3 shirts, yay! then we went to NY&Co, which is my "new store" but...i can't really find anything there that i like anymore, oh well. then we went to dinner at Rudy's, yum!
bundy dropped me off just in time for me to watch desperate housewives and most of grey's anatomy, which are GREAT shows. then i cleaned my room: cleaned off my desk, hung up all of my laundry (even from 2 weeks ago), vacuumed, the only thing i didn't do was clean my sink, but i can do that later this week...anyways, it's nice to have a clean room again. i was really tired last night though.
today it's all nasty and gray, so it better rain! the rest of the week is supposed to be really warm, sunny and humid, yum! tonight is the social event that i had to help plan for my office, we're going to a round rock express game, so i really hope it DOESNT rain (i know, i'm being difficult), anyways, if it doesn't rain, andy will be coming down to join me, yay!
so today i'm supposed to find out about my house!! i'm trying not to think about it, but geez i feel like any minute the phone could ring! apparently my parents have a house up there (which they've had for a year, that i JUST saw last week, glad to know i have a big say in this family) that they rent out, and today the tenant's called to say that they were moving out, so my mom's like "plan B is that you can just buy that house from us" i'm like..i haven't even SEEN it...geez. whatever, i guess she's just preparing me, but i'm not sure if i even want that house (hers, not mine) anyways, cross your fingers!
i'm thinking about putting my writing skills to work and starting a new blog, this will be my #1 though, so don't worry, no ending to this
