ok, so lunchtime i didn't get to get the dave CD b/c i had a $5 coupon and i forgot it, so i just got lunch and went back to the office. finally after work i got the CD and license to drive, i think i may watch that later...so far, i'm goign to give the dave CD 7.5/10, it's definately different...and i don't dislike any of the songs, i think i just need to listen to it a few times..anyways...right now i'm trying NOT to watch the sex & the city finale b/c i've missed some episodes..that's hard...i'm about to buy my ticket to LA for july 4th weekend, finally a decent deal!
anyways, i watched american idol...duh, here are my takes, i thought it was very awkward for several reasons:
1. paula looked like she was about to cry the entire night
2. paula was not throwing out her usual complimentary comments easily or happily as normal
3. carrie got her first negative comments ever and looked like she didn't know how to handle it
4. vonzell cried on stage
5. anthony got rave reviews (but he will probably go home tomorrow, it's his time, he wasn't bad tonight, but...ya know)...anyways, i thought it was odd that they let carrie and a-fed sing the same song, i always what would happen if 2 of them wanted to do that, i guess they let them..was there really NO songs for them to choose from? i mean there's only 4 of them.
anyways, bo was hot, i'm so glad he cleaned up his hair, way to use a flat iron today buddy, i like it better that way and i liked vonzells 2nd song, anyways, i'm voting for everyone but a-fed
hopefully tomorrow night wont 'be so emotional, but i have a feeling, it will be even worse.
