so yesterday was a good day, i suppose...the work day went by quickly, etc. of course, boyfriend and i came up with no resolution for the whole weekend thing, so it was like we stopped fighting and started talking normally again...doesn't change the fact that we're not seeing each other this weekend, i think i'm just over being mad...oh well. what can you do? after work, i went to james avery, exchanged the necklace for my dad, and then went to bundy's to change for the game. yes i was being school spirited, but i didn't realize that no one else would be...sic 'em baylor. ANYWAYS, we went to eat at pok-e-jo's first and then drove to fox & hound and met shawna and some of her other friends, it was a good game, it REALLY was, but we can't help being run over by a runner at home plate or that UT hit a homer, or that a runner on SECOND ran HOME when a fly ball was hit...like UT wouldn't catch it...sorry, that was an idiot play...and just gives UT and other schools another reason to make fun of us...anyways, whoever wins, ASU or florida, i'm rooting for them, b/c UT is over-rated...hey UT, you're not even ranked! (sorry shawna and any other UT-ers who read my blog)...but the UT fans made me mad. i'm not a hardcore baseball fan at ALL, but i'll support my team, i just don't want to make excuses for them if they suck it up...which we didn't! still..it was a good game. whatever.
after that, bundy and i went to waterloo and i almost bought 5 cds, i decided against it and got like 3. i bought the friends of lizzy album...yay clay and brooks! (this is a band with guys from my high school, who have gotten a lot better)
and both wideawake's albums, but i can only find one picture of the 2nd album..whatever...i'm going to post the lyrics to "she likes purple" which is like the song about my life (hmm i guess i could have changed it on my survey, anyways, i felt like it was written about me)
then i went home after that, and was so incredibly tired...and obviously b/c i pressed my snooze button twice this morning, but whatever. so derek is still in town with his new wife, and they were having lunch today in LAKEWAY, but obviously i can't do that b/c 1. i get an hour for lunch so basically i'd just drive there and back without eating and 2. i have a work thing at lunch with FREE lunch! yay! oh well, another time i suppose. i think tonight, the girls: shawna, allison, bundy and i are going to see the perfect man...i mean, Big is in it, how can you not want to see it? ;) i'm not usually into cheesy chick flicks, but whatever...i'm gonna go see it.
my boss is leaving tomorrow for like 2 weeks, well she gets back the day i'm taking off, so neat..anyways, we are about to have a meeting about anything and everything that could go wrong...so i told y'all that i'm in charge of resumes now, here is a cover letter i got today, shawna asked me to post it anonymously...i think the person typed it in spanish and used a crappy translator to translate to english, either way...i forwarded it anyways, but still...*sigh* poor lady...and another thing job seekers, DONT use an automated services to send your resume to companies...i'll tell you right now, we just plain delete them. in other words, don't let other people do your dirty work.

I come for way of this to express my interest to work or to serve as apprentice together the company. My resume meets in annex for its appreciation.I place myself to the disposal to learn new programs and necessary languages, adjusting me the necessities of the company. Case is necessary has availability to transfer to me. I am responsible and I have easiness of learning and flexibility to work in team. I wait to be able to add my knowledge to its. In the expectation of a chance to present me personally, I subscribe myself.
