houses!!

ok, this isn't about my day yesterday, i have a meeting at 12, and i want to show y'all the 2 houses that have EXTREME potential, although they are at the higher price end (for me)...the first one, i found, and made my mom go look at it, she said it was cute and that she had noticed soem cracks by the fireplace, but it wasn't a big deal, when she was getting back in her car she said, she saw another house, and how much was it, etc. i told her and she was like WHAT? but since she was there, she wanted to look anyway, she said she really liked it, and was making all these comments, well duh mom, the house is BIGGER so the ROOMS would be bigger! she said i would LOVE it...i could tell from the pictures...whatever. anyways, she is on her way home now to call the realtor and find out more info...like, can we offer less on the 2nd house? etc.

1st house - pros: alright $$, cute, good size cons: cracks in fireplace, the 2nd house made it look shabby..boo


2nd house: pros: cuter, more appliances cons: more $$$
