"it's like a journey, i just don't have a map for"--savage garden

note to self: don't go to walmart on saturdays during the late morning (or probably saturdays at all)...after dealing with 2 people (at 2 different places) who "didn't know how to do that" (i was asking for a gift certificate and a special project at kinkos), i was nice about it, but I thought...don't you WORK here? and who TRAINS you? whatever...my mom's gift will be ready at 11:30am tomorrow morning..yes the day OF her birthday...whoops...and I got my sister's gift for her as well...

anyways, last night I got to see carosa and bundy and we watched the 1st season of sex and the city, since they'd never seen it...and that was great, just hanging out..

plus today my dad gave me a very uplifting pep talk about my job search and that was much needed...i know my parents aren't pushing me to get out of the house right NOW...i think that's just ME...but at least they're not hating me for living off of them for a few extra weeks..whatever
