i have good days and bad days considering job hunting...last night i got really frustrated..it also is interesting because i notice when anyone else asks me how it's going, i make it a big joke, and am really light hearted about it, but when i talk to andy, it's like i let my true feelings shine through, and i get all emotional, etc...i'm sure HE appreciates that, but i'm like, why do i feel like i have to hide how i feel from anyone else? hmm...thought to ponder..
yesterday, i finally got my car back from Saturn and i was very disappointed with the customer service i received from my service advisor, he was a complete tool and i was without a car for over 24 hours and it turns out i had a screw loose on my battery or something, (well, we'll see about that b/c i will be driving more today than i was yesterday) and i had to get a new remote and that cost more than my nails did to get done! ARGH! anyways, it also sucked b/c i think i could have just replaced the battery and been fine...but i'm retarded...whatever.
so i think i'm going to san antonio on friday with my mom, i am just really excited to get out of this house, i wish it was to waco, but i love my family too and am excited to see them and get fat on mexican food...what else?
so this morning i was awakened by the sound of the "texas chainsaw massacre" outside my window..i mean, REALLY? who runs a chainsaw at 9am?! and then the dogs started barking and it was really a great last hour of sleep, let me tell you....*sigh*...not to mention, my birthday is in 23 (count 'em) days, and i am really excited about inviting everyone i know to 6th street just to mingle, boyfriend texted me this morning to tell me he has a fieldtrip that day until 5 :(, i mean he's coming, i just thought it would be earlier...bummer...so i guess so far, you could say it's been a pretty medicore day, at least i had hot water in the shower
anyways, i'm off to get ready to have lunch with shawna!! yay! i bet that will help my day :)
