ok i don't really have time to update, work is crazy busy and the best part about it is, although i claim to be stressed out (no wonder i have broken out, not to mention house stuff, etc), i really love for it to be busy! yay. ok, so stress level has gone back up, but oh well.
last night after work i went to rooms to go and looked at living room furniture, i don't feel like comparison shopping, maybe that's stupid but after the whole bedroom fiasco i just don't think it's worth it. on the sly i would look at living room stuff for fun, and so whatever. i found 3 sets i liked there, and have opened a line of credit more than i can ever imagine, which is nice, but NO! anyways, i found the one that is in the picture, well i THINK i did, there was one that looked similar but the price was about $1000 more, the one i found was cute, and cheaper, i also looked at 2 microfiber sets, both in a sage green which i fell in love with, i looked for a pic online but to no avail, which is weird, whatever, apparently they're all in stock. anyways, the table in the picture from yesterday is what i'm getting, i get 3 of those, 2 sofas, and 2 lamps, today i am going to puruse the store for the lamps i want. i told him i wanted to go home and think about it, which is a bunch of BS b/c i knew i wanted the sage green set, whatever. i didn't want to do anything rash, like throw down $1500 on anything crazy, but it's comfy and stylish, and comes with fun pillows. thank goodness for payment plans. after that i had waited for my mother FOREVER and finally she showed up with the guy who's doing my lights and ceiling fans and his wife and we went to dinner at some gross chinese buffet (bleh) and then i came home and finished watching one of my favorite cheesy 80s movies, and that was it. bed time.
today! ahhh, besides WORK! and my break to go grab a quick lunch, i have to go buy the furniture, and go buy ceiling fans (to be put in on sunday), wait for the propane people to call me back b/c apparently there is a previous balance on the house (awesome, thanks grumpy old man who lived there) and the lady was freaking out, wait for the security guy (who seems really nice) to call me back, and call time warner cable (on my lunch break?) to have that set up. is that it ? oh and i remembered everything today, with my ipod, cell phone and planner in hand, i feel more in tune with the world, plus i have my water so i am hydrated, that's all a girl needs.
