so i'm really glad yesterday is over...it turned out to just not be the greatest day ever...and not really because of anything specific that happened. i don't usually let my morning predict how the rest of the day is going to go, but i guess the traffic, and then work, and headache thing then spending another GOOD hour in traffic on the way home (no groceries for me), i was just so ready to be home. boo. i made dinner and watched some tv that i was really behind on...ce came home and apparently something is wrong with the garage keypad...the weird thing is that when you type in the code it closes the garage but it won't open it...unfortunately it's a little close to christmas and i'm going to try to re-code it myself, but i wasn't really expecting to shell out some extra money for a garage issue, so luckily there is a front door and she has a key. too bad i don't have an extra clicker, that would make things a little easier. anyways, after the pilot light incident, and the day i had, i just wasn't in the mood to hear that, bless her heart because she had no idea. i was very grumpy to say the least. owning a house is fun, until you realize you have to fix crap yourself. boo.
so i started looking for flights to paris last night...eeee....very exciting! i mean the $$ isn't, but to know i'll be there with chris, IS very exciting :) he's going to help find a cheaper ticket, apparently international travel is his forte, and i believe that.
today is a better day so far, traffic was normal, etc. i'm supposed to go see my parents tonight most likely to get my water filter, i'll let y'all know how that goes...wheeee...then i'm going to the gym and then to get groceries because tomorrow is our work thanksgiving feast and i have to bring a green bean casserole. yum-o.
so george clooney was named people's sexiest man alive this year...i was reading an article on him in vanity fair this past week and i decided i really like him, so i agree with their decision, he definitely has that old school look going for him (i.e. cary grant, etc). anyways, even though he's not in my top 5, i'll gladly applaud people's choice, here's to you george.
