i guess it is time for an update, after my lovely valentines weekend, i spent the actual day going around with my mom and then later met up with bundy and carosa to go see "hitch" at the alamo drafthouse (i'd never been), but apparently that was everyone else's idea of a perfect date in austin, so most of the showings were sold out..oh well, we went to gateway to see it, and had yummmm theater food for dinner...oh well...anyways, it was good the 2nd time too, but i dont' think i'll be buying it or anything...cute for a one or two time seeing...
anyways, this week, ive just been job hunting and doing some random things for my mom, i guess i shouldnt say i dont' have a job, because she pays me to do her random administrative work, even if she IS up until 11 or 12 doing work...AND she pays well, lol ...also, i've been watching the 4th season of sex and the city, i have one more episode left and then i'll start on season 5, which i've noticed is a tad shorter than normal...booo, but it's ok, becasue i'm ready to start it!! i've also made myself an anal OCD freak and started tweaking all of my music files, editing them and eventually i'll clean out the music i dont' like or am not sure why i have....while i was ripping my soundtracks last night, i wondered why i even HAD them, but whatever...
ANYWAYS, the biggest news for this week is that this morning i got my first interview!!! it's with a consulting firm called ERM, and for the position Internet Marketing Assistant, (even if i did put "internal" on my cover letter...i guess that made me stand out), they just made the position (not because i applied, but that's what i applied FOR) and basically i'd be making webpages and coming up with creative ways to market them i guess, i'm not amazing with HTML, but i stll have my books from Interactive Multimedia Systems when I made my sorry ass jeans website, but oh well...they siad they would "train the right person"...so maybe i'll be the right person..anyways it's next thursday @ 2pm, so please be praying for that.
I'll still be attending the baylor career fair but with more flair and confidence that i woudl have if i hadn't gotten an interview...eeeeeeeee, i couldn't help myself from jumping up and down...i know it doesnt' mean i have the job but it's a step in the right direction, i always say that if someone would just give me the interview then i could sell myself...so anwyays this gives me a week to research the company and work a little on my website skills...
