"it matters to me"--faith hill

well i'm here in waco for a day or two...trying to get my work life in order...i talked to the lady at KWBU and she said that she woudl keep her ears open to any openings i would be good for and also offered me some freelance music licensing work...i told her after my interview i would let her know...i mean, if i don't get this job i could definately use the money...i might need to talk to my old bosses about how all that licensing stuff goes, but oh well...anyways, despite that, it's actually been a wonderful day of people sightings for me! i saw kristen at KWBU, then went to the telecomm building trying to find brian, but instead saw lindsey ramey, mark hawkins, LE, and eric benson...how exciting! some of my favorite people, no brian, and i was up there TWICE...geez...anywyas, LE got a new puppy so i changed out of my "Dress to impress" clothes and am in my "the weather is muggy outside, so i'm comfortable" clothes...

anyways, tonight, we'll just be chillin' and i'll be researching some companies for the career fair and then for my interview on thursday...i'm really excited...i had my first "real" interview actualy yesterday over the phone for a marketing coordinator position for a real estate company in lakeway...after she read the description of the job i realized if i got offered it, i would turn it down, only b/c it is exactly what i do for my mom right now and i dont' have to leave the house! haha...anyways, today with KWBU was like a mock interview for me, and so i feel like tomorrow is the test run and then thursday i'll be ready...what a wonderful birthday present it would be to get a job!!! please pray!!! :)
