damn those backstreet boys, i find myself humming along to "incomplete"...argh!!
i voted for bo almost 10x last night! it was kind of weird b/c they had them record their own voices, as opposed to the computerized ones, so everytime bo would say "thanks for voting for me, bo...blah blah, *plug in for cingular wireless*" my mom tried to get really into it and had her phone ready (she didn't vote) and i switched during commercial breaks to a friends episode and it was the one where phoebe gets booted from singing for the girl from the pretenders, my mom was like "who's singing now?" (she was in the kitchen), "no one mom, there is a BOY and a GIRL, and we JUST HEARD CARRIE!" she is silly, whatever.
so work was pretty ridiculous today, once again i wanted to throw my computer out the window, but my boss helped me in the end, and i'm like 97% done. i also tried to talk to someone about consolidating my loans, but no one actually has a real person and when i DID get a real person to talk to, they just gave me a different number to call, it was really frustrating. right now we just had a fire drill, i quickly grabbed my ipod (yes, it would be one of the 3 things i would take with me in a fire--not counting my dogs) and threw it in my purse. outside! it was sunny! and....*drumroll*, a ben and jerry's ice cream truck!! we all got free ice cream, this job ROCKS!!!
tonight, american idol finale part TWO!! and maybe dinner with the high school crowd.
