so friday went pretty well, i left a little early but managed to get home in 40 mins which is amazing in itself. l*bo got in around 7 or so, and dropped her stuff off and we went to eat at fuddruckers. yum! we had some good convo and then went to best buy and I proceeded to buy charlie and the chocolate factory. yay! then we went to heb to get some food stuff, i didn't have a list, i thought l*bo was going to shoot me, but she was very patient. lol. apparently 10pm on a friday night is the time to shop since there is no one there. i don't know what we did for so long but i think it involved a lot of facebook and myspace, and then we went to sleep. woke up around 930 or 10? and got ready, and watched some SATC. then we started our day, we started off at walmart to get some last minute food items, then trekked over to the liquor store. we made friends with one of the guys there who was extremely helpful and i spent wayy too much money, but it's all good. :)
we came back home and made jello shots and ate some lunch. then we chilled out and watched some MORE SATC and then i proceeded to get into party gear, i made the salsa, cookies, brownies, etc. my mom came over and dropped some stuff off and hung out for a little bit, then i showered and started to get ready. sheavon showed up around this time, yay! anyways, things were going good, my only regret is not paying attention to the light when doing my make up, but that's another story.
we started pre-drinking around 7? and everyone started showing up around 8pm and i just want to thank everyone for coming!! yes, it's true i don't remember a lot of it, but y'all seemed to have fun. thanks for no spilt drinks on the carpet, tile is so much easier. thank you l*bo and gary and whoever else took care of bartending abilities and for making all those shots, etc. there were one or two people who didn't show up for no reason. *cough*losers*cough* and those that were missed: brad, allison&matt, greg, blitch&hanna, l.e., steph&jarrod, the list could go on, but there will be more parties, shit, there has to be, i have too much liquor. anyway, to say the least, i had fun, and don't try this at home kids...actually maybe it's ok, i did. but here is my ending.

apparently after this, mark hawkins carried me to my room and sunday morning i woke up not knowing how i was there, and with a raging hangover. fuck, it was pleasant.

i think i fully recovered around 6pm, after eating, and chilling with sheavon, l*bo, carosa & gary watching SATC and napping. i also thank the friends for helping clean up a little, the kitchen is amazingly spotless now :).
i had so much fun and i hear the same from others. i feel confident to throw more parties, of course, slumber parties must be involved since i live out in the damn boonies.
