mr. jones escaped AGAIN...how does he do this?! he must have squeezed through the gate. booo. my work friend has offered to help me build (well he would prob. build it) an extra extension made of wood for the gates...this was a nice offer and if jones keeps proving to be the escape artist he is, this will have to happen.
last night, i made sweet and sour chicken..yummm! i have leftovers for today and i'm really excited about them! then jones and i went to petsmart and petco to exchange the sweatshirt for a bigger size (it's now too big and he doesn't like it, he kept trying to take it off) and his harness for a better one. now we are all set except i have to return the sweatshirt...like a damn kid! then i watched the billboard awards (boo!) and the office. i shouldn't have erased the office, it was one of my now favorite episodes. i kept bursting out into laughter randomly...sooooo good.
i couldn't fall asleep last night, so i was up for a very long while on the computer (eh), i ended up talking to ben for awhile, and then i realized it was almost 2am! and i decided that jones and i needed to get to sleep. 5 hours later, i'm not as cold as i thought i would be this morning and when we went outside, it wasn't the "arctic blast" that they claimed it would be. tried to fix the entrances to the kitchen so jones couldn't get out (he was already trying before i left) and then left a little early...i had to go to the post office and get gas, and it was raining, so people were driving stupid. damn it! anyways, i got here really late and then spent the next 30 mins talking and now it's 10.30 and i'm at a loss...5 hours of sleep is taking a toll on my brain...umm what do i do today?
ok, so hopefully i won't get stranded here with all the sleet they claim is coming. but whatever.
