so yesterday i went to lunch with someone from work, who asked me if i was dating anyone, i politely smiled and said "no. i'm not"...(btw, thanks for asking b/c i was just getting over my issue, lol), she then mentioned "work bf" (remember him?) and how cute he was and i said "yes he was, but he disappeared" and she's like "isn't that weird?" i was like "yes." because...it was.
after talking it out with some friends, i realized that maybe i do miss having a boyfriend, and it would be nice for a guy to want to make me happy, there's nothing wrong with wanting to be pursued, in all honesty, i am apparently a romantic...*gasp* who would've thought? well it's true...my name is sirena and i'm a romantic...;)
so last night i made some good pasta, nothing fancy, just some penne with veggies, chicken and pesto. i also went to walmart and bought some handles "NO WIRE HANGERS!" and tried to find some things for organizing my crap, but i think i need to figure out what crap i need to organize before i can buy things to organize it with.

i almost didn't go work out last night, i would have just rather sat on the couch, eating my pasta watching AI and SaTC and getting fat, but i finally got my butt up and ran 2.5 miles. hott. i'm sore, but it's for the best.
the office is a rerun tonight...it smells like fruit loops in here, weird. (sorry, tangent)
i think i'm getting sick, last night i felt a sore throat coming on, and my boss said she had a scratchy throat, so boo :(...this morning my throat is semi-sore...boo. i had taco c for breakfast, ...yum!
so we have tomorrow off, i'm v. excited!!! i think i'm going to go to my parents tonight and then my mom and i are going shopping tomorrow, then i'll come home, do happy hour, paperwork concert and who knows? sure to be a fun-filled weekend! yay! :)
