HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!
so yesterday after work i went to get my hair cut :) as you know i was a little worried because it was the year anniversary of the mullet. this time i took a picture or 2 in and made sure she understood this is how i wanted it, or at least as close to. i tried to do bangs but apparently i have some weird cowlick which would not go with bangs,...so what i have now is cute layers in front sort of framing my face and like an inch shorter and thinned out. (thank goodness) i like it, i like my short little layers in front, so no disaster there!
after that i was going to go to dinner with my dad but he didn't feel well so i just went to the house and hung out with him for awhile. then i went ot the store to grab some groceries b/c i don't have food and made it home JUST before the sky opened up, like no joke, i drove in the garage, went to the bathroom and the storm started. crazy? yes. so as i watched the news and started lighting candles b/c as the purple cloud went over leander i was so sure i would be caught up in a tornado, i realized something. when they're talking about tornadoes, etc (in fredericksberg), they are always like "if you're in a mobile home, get to a stable building...." ok so pretty much if you don't HAVE a stable building...mobile home owners are pretty much just screwed. that sucks.
after that i watched the office and i laughed, a lot. it was a good one. and then played online...i did nothing, sorry my beautiful guests who are coming this weekend...i don't have a clean house, BUT i DO have food! ;)
tonight i'm meeting some friends for some cinco de mayo action at casa chapala, v. exciting!
and to my beautiful friends, don't waste your time with boys who don't treat you well, they are NOT worth it, we deserve sooo much better! just wanted to let you know that :) heart. love y'all
