"tonight she's out to lose herself"--john mayer

i just realized how much of a ridiculous homeowner i am:

yes, last night i was freaking out because of the hail damage that could have been hurting my roof, meaning i would possibly need a new roof (it wasn't that bad).

*my lawn needs some SERIOUS mowing, and do i look like the kind of girl who mows lawns? ...don't answer that. thank goodness for kids who need extra $$.

*and last, but not least, people are always worried that their house may depreciate or increase in monetary value, should i decide to sell it (no i probably won't sell it for awhile, i like real estate, and will prob keep it and eventually get my realty license) or lease it out....well, apparently i just hit the jackpot, not only is the new capitol metro hub being built across my subdivision on the other side of 183, but they are building a HUGE HEB (possibly PLUS) right BEHIND my subdivision. baby, if grocery stores don't mean stability, i don't know what does...anyways, i am really excited right now...and then i realized, i'm a real homeowner...only someone like that would get really excited about a freakin' HEB (i am also excited that i'll have a newer place to shop than my ghettorific HEB in cedar park)

i took a really long lunch today, oops, but i went to my new fav restaurant (casa chapala) and the owner saw me and gave us free dessert! heart!

peace out.
