"watching, i keep waiting, still anticipating love"--berlin
so tuesday i didn't do anything, hence the lack of update
yesterday was an alright day, i was really bored, i don't know why. after work, i met my mom for dinner at luby's and she was 25 mins late b/c she had her phone on silent. boo mom! "i got your message that you left!" "yes mom, that was 30 mins ago!" ahhh..
note to readers: best. thing. ever. listening to my mom sing fall out boy, "dance, dance". loves it!
after dinner, i went shopping, well i really just wanted to go to old navy. i want to buy a cheap swimsuit to keep at my 'rents house in case i forget mine and want to swim, well, it's a little late to be doing that since pretty much everything is sold out or just like tops and no matching bottoms, or vice versa. whatever, i still managed to spend $67. i got 2 skirts, and like 3 tops. i love old navy. haha. chris had been texting me all this time to go out later, which i was debating. i'm really proud of myself for being more social though, haha. on the way over there bundy called me and we chatted, so good! i love my bundy talks (and yes i will always call her bundy even if she's married, kind of like jen meg who is tech jen trous) so i met him, 'shaft', and then some other people came and i won't even try to remember their names, at this moroccan cafe on 29th and guadalupe called kasbah, we drank tea and smoked shisha, it was really fun. i guess i left around 12, and found my roommate at home! yay! but we were both really tired so we both just went to bed.
today is a gorgeous, [warm] day. i'm taking paul to lunch for his birthday in about an hour and then i think i'm going to see pirates tonight. ramzi got a bunch of free tickets so i'm supposed to be "social" and join in on the fun.
so in case any of y'all are wondering about chris or what's going on....so am i! no, just kidding, sort of. right now we're just hanging out, that's it and it's fun, no expectations and i really like it this way. no need to get attached before a possible love affair leaves to oklahoma for 4 months and then paris for 8 and then back to oklahoma. he's just a lot of fun to be around and he texts/calls when he says he will and that's really all i ask, so that's nice. [now if he would just quit smoking!] he leaves for paris for a week on saturday and then coming back for a few weeks, then going to oklahoma for school...and that's it, that's all i can say.
anyways, that's it, so close the weekend! loves it!
