ok soo...it is v. cold outside! ok not SO cold, but cold enough for long sleeves and closed-toed shoes, yay!
so yesterday i left work a little early to go get my highlights done, sorry i don't have a picture, they are incredibly subtle. for some reason when you give my hair stylist the option to do whatever she wants when cutting your hair she goes crazy, with color, she's actually decent. i told her i just didn't want blonde and she was like good, i wouldn't do that anyway, perfect. i also said i wanted them to be subtle, so basically, they are "mocha" highlights and you'd have to look kind of close to see them, but i like it. it gives it just enough color to realize my hair isn't so DARK anymore, but not enough so that when the roots grow back it's too obvious. then my mom called and said we were just going to do my dad's bday dinner that night instead of tonight, so i met them at a thai restaurant and i got sushi, haha. when we left, it was like monsooning outside or something. it took me almost an hour to get home, it was ridiculous. boo.
when i got home, i watched some tv from last week (no i am SOO behind) and did laundry, wow, i must have watched tv for awhile i just realized. hmm... laguna beach was so lame btw. boo rocky. so when iw as going to dvr the shows iw atch on thursday last night, around 12 or 1, the dvr went to "no data" forever, like til friday at least (i stopped there) and i was like CRAP, so i thought, i'll just wait til the morning and record it then.
so this morning, i remembered and i went to go record my 2 favorite shows, and it STILL SAID "NO DATA."...and it won't even let me go to the channel i know it's on and record in the timeslot, i was soo mad! luckily abc lets you watch the episodes online now, so that's good, but boo. i don't know if i'm going home before 8 because it's my dad's bday so i need to go see him. i hate when technology breaks. my world ends...not sure what i hate more, the fact that it breaks, or the fact that my life ends when it DOES break. boo me.
