so i had a good weekend, on friday at lunch, my mom picked me up and went to this south american restaurant called sampaio, it. was. amazing. a little $$, but good nonetheless, yum-o! after work i went home and packed and the drove up to belton to hang out with bundy and shea. it was fun, bundy made us baked ziti and salad and we talked and talked and shea and i put away a good 2 bottles of wine. :) it was very good.
on saturday we woke up really late and it took forever for us to get ready and finally we left to go shopping in round rock and georgetown. we had lunch at double dave's and then went to the round rock outlets (they are so over-rated, stick to the san marcos ones) and then to georgetown to kill some time (there are a bunch of shops over there, not just for fun) while we waited for carosa, i got some really cute sweaters at the gap and a jacket and pj pants at old navy. we met her at chuy's for bundy's surprise birthday dinner! yum! (yes, all i do is eat, it's a hobby now) after that, bundy hadn't been feeling well, her throat really hurt her so we went back to her house and got ready for bed really early and talked for awhile.
bundy woke me up at like 7am because she felt worse and was wondering if i could take her to the ER, of course i would, so i drove her to temple and waited for about an hour and a half and people watched until she came back and said she had strep throat, boo. so we went back to her house and i got ready and i left. i was really tired, but my mom wanted to go shopping so i met her, and we got lost in pflugerville doing something for her houses and then went to eat at casa g's, they close at 3, and we got there at 2.55, we suck, but they let us eat anyways and my mom left them a big tip. after that, i came back home and took a nap, and then i basically did nothing all night. i vacuumed some and made a quick dinner and watched tv, but nothing amazing.
chris is busy with finals right now, he has 2 this week and then one due before the 14th or something, but he's coming home the 11th, i can't wait! sharla told me awhile ago that i should tell more about him in the blog, like sweet or nice things he does for me, i just dont't want everyone to hate me. but he is very special to me and i would assume my friends would want to know that i am happy so...anyways, i don't really have anything specific to say right now, but he is a sweet guy and i am very lucky and so that's all i can say for now, haha.
my garage door opener stopped working entirely, so i have to go get that fixed or a battery or something, i guess i just got to lowe's or something? i figure since i'm there, i might look into getting another one for carosa :). anyways, it took me over an hour to get to work today because of some debris in the road, lame. and i'm hugnry and i guess it's about lunchtime so i'm going to get food :)
