"we slip and slide as we fall in love"--depeche mode

it is so gross outside, and by gross i mean, ominous, dark, threatening and crazy. i feel like i'm working in my office at night. boo tornado watches! so far, we're in the clear but i saw a bunch more rain on the radar, all i ask for is not having to do a tornado drill and a safe ride home because guess what? i'm STAYING there, if i needed an excuse for not going out tonight, it's inclement (sp?) weather, the end. i really can't do anything tonight, i HAVE to clean my room, bathroom, watch casablanca and finish my music, maybe do laundry.

last night i had dinner with chris' parents and it was really fun, his mom had bought sparkling wine, but it was pink, she knows me so well! once his dad came home, we ate dinner and then i showed them my pictures, i'm like "here is picture #40 of the eiffel tower" lame. anyway, it was fun, they seemed to enjoy it, plus they're going back next weekend anyway. (to paris i mean). anyway, i went home and was so exhausted, i did nothing but hang up more clothes, and crawl into bed. this weekend chris is going to germany, must. be. nice. haha. but kelli is coming into town so i will be a busy bee, i really hope the rain clears up and they're not lying about sunday being a sunny day!!
