have you had your latin kiss today?

jamba juice wednesdays!

So, ever since I started working out with my trainer, he told me I should start drinking protein shakes. As if I have time to do this after I worked out at 630am, got ready and out the door, so occasionally I'd go by Jamba Juice for lunch and grab the 16oz Protein Berry Workout with vitamin boost, along with my grilled chicken sandwich from chick-fil-a, the jamba juice came in very handy around 3pm (yes, I know - what a lot of protein). Since I don't work out with my trainer anymore, I still have a Jamba Juice craving and I like to treat myself once a week. There are 2 Jamba Juices near my work, well one is on Bee Caves on my way to work and one is on Congress. For some reason I choose the Bee Caves one so I can have something to sip on, on the last 10 minutes of my drive in to work. The day I have chosen to have this so-called treat, is Wednesday, hence "Jamba Juice Wednesdays". (actually it's not like I REALIZE I'm going on Wednesdays, its just that I tend to crave my Pomegranate Paradise or Pomegranate Heart Defender on those days.) I actually HAVE the menu in my purse so at the stoplight before the turn I can decide what I want...see above, I usually choose one or the either, no matter how much I want branch out.

Also, Jamba Juice just tends to make my day better. I woke up today with a wonderful sinus headache, took allergy medicine (on an empty stomach), thought it was Jamba Juice wednesday and instead of making my day amazing - I now have an upset stomach (boo meds), semi headache and chills. Somehow, my "let's make this a good day" has turned into "how long can I stay at work til I want to curl up on the floor"?

So - boo.

I dont think this changes the fact I will still get my Jamba Juice next Wednesday though ;)
