"it's time to make a move"--one republic
So this was a good, successful weekend! On Friday, I went to the mall and bought a converter with diff plugs for Tokyo and other places around the world. (which I found out later I don't need so I returned it on Sunday) I also went by Express and Victoria's Secret. VS is having a sale on their underwear, 7 for $25 instead of 5 for $25, so I took advantage of that. Then I just went home and watched the debate with my parents, VERY fun.
On Saturday, my mom and I woke up early and went to San Antonio. I had my 2nd dress fitting and everything fits perfectly, they are adding some extra padding to the back (the fabric is doing something weird so it will help it stand up) and some extra boning on the sides, but other than that it's done! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bustle and my dress! Ok - I'm VERY excited about wearing it. :) Some of my aunts met us there, so after that we went to have lunch and talk about my SA shower. They are very excited to host it and I'm excited for them too! Yay! Then my mom and I ran a bunch of errands. I FINALLY found the picture frames for the table numbers and a birdcage for our cards. And then after all that, we went to look at purses and I got a new purse! :) (My mom got 2 haha) We got home pretty late but it was well worth it.
Sunday, I woke up and went to the gym, then came back, cleaned up and then got my nails done. I came back home and my mom and I went on the lookout for a suitcase (we only have small ones and she's going to have to get a big one anyway for visiting me) and rain jackets. (Don't ask, it will come in handy whenever we visit Europe and other rainy countries) Then we picked up Amy and ate at Vivo. (It's on my list to the right). Yum! I repacked all my stuff into the new suitcase and have so much more room! yay!
Anyway, I leave for Tokyo at some ungodly hour on Wednesday, but I can't wait!! The only day we have to do something is Saturday (the wedding, reception and then a dinner later) but we have the rest of the days to do other things. I'm really excited - I've never been to Tokyo and I'll take lots of pictures! :)
Have a great week!
Peace
