"you've got the right stuff, baby"--new kids on the block
well first things first.
everything is fine with the boyfriend. *sigh of relief* (well, HUGE sigh of relief), we've worked things out and talked and talked, and even if on sunday morning, we were still talking. it was so worth it. love you boyfriend :)
so...what did i do this weekend, before that. well friday, got to waco and andy had gotten us bush's chicken, yum! and of course we talked a lot. saturday, we got ready and pretty much spent the entire day shopping. we went to eat chinese food, then went to petco and i got to see the little dogs for adoption!! aww *heart*. i love them all, even the ugly ones. then we went to go see red eye, which was pretty good b/c i heart rachel mcadams and cillian murphy is creepy as hell. very suspenseful, but good, it had a plot, which is ALWAYS nice.
then we went to the mall and i FOUND A COMFORTER (for what bed, i don't know, but whatever. my mom and i will be going shopping this week/weekend for all that) anyways, it is a deep red, it was on sale (extra plus) and i still have one sham to buy (because they were out) but still. i love it! and i am getting over my buyer's remorse, b/c like andy said if i really like it, then it's ok. so here's that
we took it back to his apartment and luckily he was smart enough to take it out to see if it had the shams/bedskirt (it didn't) boo! so i had to go back and get those, that explains why there was only one sham. anyways, then we went to eat dinner at texas roadhouse (yum!) and back to his apartment and watched the birds (i've never seen it)
on sunday, we got ready and went to target, best buy, places like that and stopped by the poster sale that baylor has and i got some pictures for my new house. i got a rothko, monet, and some black & white new york pictures.
there is a method to my madness. anyways, it was exciting. all the baylor kids are back to school and the freshmen look so little! wow. they started classes today, *heart* and shoutout to andy b/c it is his last first day of school ever! get excited!
anyways, today i am VERY busy at work, i can't believe i took the time to do this. so i will leave it be.
