so yesterday after work i met my mom and corina for dinner at kerbey lane, yum! where corina made fun of me for ordering breakfast...what? i love breakfast food, it's my most favorite meal of the day! and if i want french toast, then i want french toast. lol. after that we went to Ross to kill some time before seeing a movie. i found some really cute boots but not in my size...i figure if i buy them cheap enough, if i wear them like 2 - 5 times i've already gotten my money out of them...so we'll see.
after that, we went to see last holiday...i wasn't really looking forward to it, b/c the previews weren't super promising, but whatever. after watching it, it was actually decent, i mean, maybe not theater worthy to everyone, but i laughed a lot. and then i started thinking...i should do things that i can't do all the time, i shouldn't just be waiting for the "right moment"...why not take advantage of the moments i have now?! so then i called kel...and although i haven't said yes yet, the idea of going to mardi gras ON MY BIRTHDAY no less, is starting to sound appealing...and when else am i going to be able to do this?!? (by the way, readers, mardi gras is NOT taking place of the actual birthday PARTY..my PARTY and my BIRTH DATE are 2 separate dates, so please don't fret, the party is still on!) anyway, we'll see ..speaking of my birthday is one month from today! yay!...ok, so 24 didn't USE to sound "old" but it's starting to sound like a big number...ehh
today, ...my back kind of hurts, i wish i was still in bed, but oh well. after work i'm going to go shopping and then meet lauren (an old high school friend) for a late dinner. the last time i saw her it was at Spill when we were both really drunk, so i'm sure this should be interesting.
