well i thought i would blog earlier this weekend, i have been a big, fat, lazy bum. it's been great.
friday night, i was gonna go dancing or to a party, but alas, i am no good to anyone on friday night, so corina and i just made dinner and watched movies and tv. very chill.
saturday morning, i woke up sort of early and took her to an interview she had, on the way, we stopped by shawna's so i could drop off some carpet cleaner and a rain jacket, luckily she is using it to stay dry today. after the interview, we ran a bunch of errands and i got a bunch of great things for my house!! as in, frames, another picture, some shelves. i also managed to get some great ideas of things i really DO need. corina has been a really great help motivating me to get my ass in gear. i'm spending a little too much money, but trying to be wise. whatever. after the errands, we went to my parents' house to spend some time with my dad, so we watched some tv and then went to eat thai and sushi, yum! hung out more at the house...did y'all know that MTV has taken Next to the "next" step, as in, they do gay and lesbian dates now, it was a little awkward watching it and i'm not even homophopic. whatever. i talked to kel and bundy on the phone and i think i already have my next weekend planned so i'm pretty excited about that. yay! i'm in desperate need to go out so i'm glad this is coming together.
also, there was talk about a theme for my party, several themes were thrown out, but i think the winner is mardi gras, there will be beads, masks, feathers and i'm sure some drunken flashing, but i can't guarantee anything. haha.
today i went to the mall to try to find some jeans, no luck, i'm just too short, even in my own size. boo. i ended up buying 2 clutches at Express (they were only like 9.99) and a scarf (for this horrible winter we're having, yeah right), it was only 5.99. then i went to target where i bought a birthday card for my nephew (one of my internal new years' resolutions was to start giving my nieces and nephews gifts for their birthdays, we'll see how it goes, since i have 6), the first wives club and some paper towels.
i dont' really know what else today entails b/c it's so cold and rainy i could just eat some really high in fat/comforting food and sleep all day. but i will try to be productive and put my new pictures and stuff up i guess.
i think tomorrow i'll put my top 5 guys up (and that's celebrities, not people i know, fyi. i don't want brad to get his feelings hurt ;) )
