"i'm in a new york state of mind"--billy joel

so yesterday was good. i got out of class early which was cool and that gave me a chance to go to the grocery store because i am out of good food! so i went there, then came home, changed and cooked before chris came over. i made some really awesome pasta with fettucini sauce with salmon and peas. yum-o! just call me the next rachael ray, that's right kids, in less than 30 mins ;) chris came over and we went to go meet ramzi and hope wayyyyyy down south to see nacho libre. it was funnier than i thought it would be but i think i owe that to the company i was in. then we drove all the way back north and he dropped me off and i went to bed.

apparently i forgot to set my alarm last night so this morning i woke up late...well not too late, but later than i needed to. it was 9.30, LUCKILY i even woke up, i could still be sleeping for all i know. anyways, i picked up some breakfast from taco c and rolled into work. today is my last day of class, both sad and happy at the same time. my new work schedule is really messing me up, especially eating wise and sleep wise. so i'll be glad to get back to normalcy (sp?) and being able to meet people for happy hour and dinner and actually make it to the mall after work.

so there's this sign off 183 for psychic readings...except their huge ass sign says "physic readings" hahaha, i love it. i wonder if they were able to tell if that would happen, that they either couldn't spell or got a crappy sign maker.

so my boss had her baby's portraits done, go check them out here, he is absolutely ADORABLE!
