"i don't wanna be a stupid girl"--pink
hey hey,
well all i really have to talk about is american idol...lol. i also am trying to catch up on my dvr shows, i'm almost done with friday night lights and what about brian is next, then i'll be good to go.
anyway, last night the songs weren't amazing, i only knew a few of them, but i mean whatever. i was actually impressed by chris richardson, i'm not a huge fan of his but i thought he did well. anyways i'm still team melinda by settling factor, and i think phil was creepy again and haley was wearing an awful dress that did nothing for her (ever since simon made a comment when she wore her first slutty oufit, she's dressed like that since then) i thought the banter b/w the judges after her performance was really awkward. i think i'm over lakisha, jordin is still ok but i didn't like her song, i forget she's 17 just by how she's dressing, blake was alright, i mean i think chris might have done better, i also liked gina's song, i found it not funny but can't even think of the word that describes how i felt when she made tony bennett cry, bless his heart! and i have no words for sanjaya because well there are just no words anymore. basically i'm down to 3 favorites so whatever, in order:
1. melinda
2. gina
3. blake
the end, american idol, you disappoint me. peace out phil, i think tonight (as much as i want sanjaya to go home).
also random, does anyone know how birds just die, or like fall out of the sky? you think this is weird, but i'm driving on 183 in cedar park and there aren't any trees or anything and all of a sudden i see these 2 birds come falling out of the sky, one looked like it was attached to the other one and they hit the car in front of me and landed on the road, obvs dead. i swerved because i didn't want to run over anything, but it was one of the weirdest things i've EVER seen in my life! it kind of made me feel sick to my stomach, anyway...i hope there's not some weird chemical spill in cedar park making birds die like that time downtown when they found all those weird dead birds...but this was only 2, so yeah...anyway, sorry to gross you out, but i HAD to blog about it. weird.
tomorrow is the end of the week for me! yay! SA, corpus, austin! all in 3 days...maybe! holla!
