so ...what have i been doing? getting ready for chris to come home, so i've been cleaning, shopping, etc. last night i bought 2 shirts and 2 pairs of shoes...SO CUTE! one pair is leopard print and the other is polka dot (black with white dots), both peep toe wedges, i can't wait to wear them. i'm going to need some assurance that summer will be filled with many nights to go out...haha. 
ok so last night was american idol...what can i say? i wasn't impressed. i got up during melindas, i wanted to fast forward blake and i was like...no barry gibb not EVERYONE can sing falsetto. (don't get me wrong, i love the bee gees) anyway, i'm going for a melinda and jordin finale and jordin to take the win. i'm not really a jordin follower, i mean, i'm more team melinda (and after last night, am no longer for shake 'n blake...wtf? he sucked. like...really bad...it's over, we broke up) but jordin was really great last night, out of the whole thing, her first song "to love somebody" was my favorite, she did great. i actually didn't mind lakisha's version of "staying alive" but i guess someone has to go home. obvs the bottom 2 will be lakisha and blake and i think blake SHOULD go home but if the preteens are still voting it will be lakisha. anyways, whatever. peace out either of them.
anyway, chris comes home SOO SOON! i can't wait! we are both really excited and this is probably the only time i've ever been excited to drive to houston, haha!
