hello all
don't write in here too much, but i have been having a fun few weeks.
2 weekends ago i was in vegas with kelli and shea and that was a lot of fun, we walked around a lot, went out to ghostbar, and the bellagio, ate lots of buffets haha and i think i only lost like $50. yay.
last weekend, i took it pretty easy, didn't do too much, i did go to SA with shawna though, that was fun. saw my parents, thought about buying a new computer. i'm def buying the sony vaio, just waiting for some good financing...i have at least 3 weeks before carosa takes her mom's computer back lol.
anyway i've just been trying to take it easy this week, yesterday i started my new diet/workout regimine. i've decided to try to run/workout at least 3x a week. i'm sure this will re-arrange or be changed when i have dinner with friends or something, ie. this thurs i'm having drinks with a girl who was one of my roommates from new york, so i won't do anything that day. i also went ot the store and got a lot of veggies and healthy things. last night i made asparagus soup, it was SO good. if you like/love asparagus, you will love this and it's so easy so let me know. haha. anyway, i ran yesterday and did all that and i feel so good today. yay...progress...let's see how long this lasts.
in other news, slash here we go into the real future...chris officially signed his contract for the job in saudi he was flown out there for today. he is really excited and the more i thought about it, the more excited *I* got. i really am! the idea is really fun and new and exciting. anyway, just thought i would let you guys know since the question of where is he going ot be in 6 months occasionally passes. fyi - don't ask me questions about "us", i told him i had some questions but wanted to waittil he gets in this friday (yay!). it's just easier to talk about that stuff in person.
speaking of this weekend, could i be any crazier or busier? boo but yay? chris comes in friday, it's kelli's bday weekend, so shea and lbo are coming into town, my cousins rose & thad are coming and my mom's oldest friend. it's gonna be a fun, busy, crazy weekend!
also i decided to go to ACL, things fell through with the killers in houston, aka, no more tickets, so i decided to keep mine and just go. there are a few bands i AM excited about, and it's more than 3 so it makes the ticket worth it for me.
