yesterday was pretty uneventful, besides the fact that i'm not buying either of those houses i've been so loudly shouting about due to the fact that it requires money, time, patience and love, none of which i was willing to put into either...but never fear! i still am pre-approved for a loan, so now i know my price range for sure, and i've already found 3 others that have definite potential...i know you ladies (my blog crowd) are saddened by the fact that the house warming party may be moved back another month, but never fear! (here are pictures, sorry they're still up north!)
there will be one this summer, it HAS to be, i like my parents and all and they've definitely chilled out since i got a job, but it's the fact i'm not on my own yet. so that's just a bummer, but i have faith in the house market, not to mention i'm halfway through the loan consolidation process, i got a really good rate and a definite cut on my payments! just one more to do! yay! ok, so my minor freakout about the money stuff has subsided *sigh of relief*
because of the house, and among other things, this caused a slight tiff with boyfriend, boo! i hope he isn't as frustrated with me as he was 24 hours ago, but we'll see. i'm driving up to waco after work (which i'm crossing my fingers i get off early) and then to tyler, one of my most favorite peaceful places!
i went to work out with allison, we're doing really well. she has her training with rodney today and mine is on tuesday...i'll finally be able to make it...we're not sure if he's really all there though, what a goofball, he doesn't listen to us, this could case a problem.
anyways, so far, it doesn't look like rain in the horizon i hope it stays this way! i have a new bathing suit to break in!
