"for did, my dreams, come true when i looked at you"--stevie wonder
last night i meant to work out, then i figured i wouldn't. lol. i went to the mall instead, i think i found a cute top for saturday, i also tried on these shoes i thought i would want and i knew after trying them on, it would be a bad idea. oh well. i didn't spend any money. starting next payday, i'm going to try to be really good and start saving money to hopefully make it to paris next year, fingers crossed. (for many reasons)
anyways, then i just went home, made some dinner and watched about schmidt (i had vertigo and this one for like over a month, and i'm trying to watch nip/tuck so i wanted to watch these so i could send off for them) i really like jack nicholson, he reminds me of my dad, esp in that movie. i almost wanted him to watch it, but i thought it was also kind of depressing, so i didn't really want him to see it. anyway, jack nicholson is great, he is definitely one of my favorite actors, not like "movie star boyfriends" but in acting, he's great. some of my favorite ACTORS: jack nicholson, johnny depp, cary grant. the top 5 list is totally different ;) these people actually have talent, not just pretty faces, hehe.
carosa came home really early :) and so we had some good QT, she was looking for jobs and i was cleaning out the study and we were laughing at old pictures and thinking about college days, it was really fun. heart. finally i decided it was bedtime, talked to chris and then went to sleep. this morning i wanted to stay in bed SOOO bad!! it was thundering! yay! FINALLY! anyways, it took me about an hour and a half to get to work, which sucked. of course, like shawna said, i could have driven to waco--no lie! anyways, i was late for my 9.30 meeting and whatever, but it was fine.
so i have a bamboo plant and apparently it's deciding to die, i'm so sad, it was the only plant i could keep alive. the CEO's plant that i take care of is slowly dying...and i wanted a dog? yeah. right.
