"i can't feel a thing from my head down to my toes"--genesis
yesterday, was an interesting day, not 2 of my finer moments. after work, i felt like a glass of wine and i had to get my boss a birthday card, so i stopped at target for birthday and a cabernet. i was wearing a jersey dress (like the kind that wraps around) and it had just rained so it was kind of breezy and oh yes, my friends, i walked out of that target strutting my stuff and a breeze of wind came...let's just say, it wasn't marilyn monroe, but imagine the front of your dress being blown to the side...i was like "AH!" AND someone was stopping to let me cross the crosswalk so you KNOW they saw. it. was. awesome.
at home, i ate my leftover sushi and then proceeded to speed through season 5 of SaTC (not my fav one) as well as half the bottle of cabernet. (2nd finest moment) oops, chris came over later and we wanted to go bowling so we called ramzi and hope, apparently ramzi had said, no he didnt' want to go, but chris thought he was kidding, so we drove all the way out there and were hanging out with shaft, his gf liz and her dog bailey (sooo cute) while we waited for ramzi and hope to come home from work and the grocery store and when they did, the truth came out! they didn't want to bowl, and i didn't blame them, they'd been working all day, it was almost 11 and they hadn't even eaten yet. anyways, we ended up just hanging out with them for a little bit, made a bowling date for tonight and went home. (what was that? y'all are giving me crap about no single dates? boo you! hahaha)
today is my boss' bday, so cute. and tonight i'm cooking dinner for chris. :) and he leaves in like 2 days, boo!
anyways, that's all i got.
