sorry i'm not keeping up with this very well....i really just don't do too much over the week so i don't want to update with my "work, gym, tv" schedule anymore...hopefully when american idol kicks into full gear i can start my recaps of that.
anyways, this weekend was laid back, kind of chill. on friday, i had the hellrazrs over for dinner and i made shrimp scampi and salad and chocolate chip cookies...we played cranium pop 5 and scene it, fun fun fun.
on saturady i had to wake up early to get ready and pick up the big boss and we stopped by einsteins' for breakfast then went to my boss' house. after breakfast we headed out to san marcos to shop at the outlets, we were there for awhile and luckily i personally did not do too much damage, but i was pretty exhausted at the end of it. after that, i just went home, i was too tired. i talked to chris for awhile and we finally used our webcams, haha. they are so cool! it makes things so much easier to be able to SEE him when he's talking. loves it. (don't get any ideas, nothing sneaky happened and will NOT happen, you crazies)
on sunday, i was supposed to take my mom to brunch but she had to show houses and so i was really bored and dressed up with no place to go, so i called shawna to see if she wanted to see a movie, we went to see the queen. it was pretty good, i can see why helen mirren is getting all of her acclaim, but like shawna mentions in her blog, the guy who played tony blair is pretty good too. all in all, good times.
anyways, just been going to the gym, believe it or not, talking to chris, watching lots of tv, debating on my netflix subscription again, hmm...
tonight i'm going to my parents to take my mom out to dinner!
