so my weekend was extremely relaxing:)
after work on friday, i went shopping, fun. then i came home and tried to put together my tv stand...my screwdriver sucks so i couldn't do it, basically it was laying in pieces all over my living room. carosa and gary came home and next thing you know, gary had it put together, yay!
on saturday i woke up sort of early and met my mom at the mall to do some more shopping. after shopping i met shawna and we went to see charlotte's web. aww, heart it was so cute. during shopping, paul had called and asked if i wanted to see another movie, but i didn't want to drive home and then back south again, so i said no. on my way home on friday i had noticed there was a baskin robbins (i only LOVE rainbow sherbet from there) on the way home, so i stopped to get some ice cream (low carb, what?)...once the girl had checked me out, she asked if i wanted a spoon...um no, thanks though. booooo. i barely ate any of it when i got home. i talked to chris for a really long time, which was good. :) and i was all set in for a night of sex and the city and organizing when i started talking to julie and i hadn't seen her since new years or really hung out with her and she hadn't seen my house and since she's my only friend who lives north (besides my roommate), i invited her over. we made brownies and drank wine and watched mean girls. aw, it was fun.
on sunday i slept in and woke up to a text message from chris saying he was online, well since the time difference makes things difficult to talk, i woke up and talked to him for awhile, then i got ready and met my mom for lunch at casa garcias (once again, low carb, what?). then we met julie at ikea and were there for like 3 hours, ahhhh! i bought a new duvet cover and some little knick-knacks. i love my new duvet, it's amazing! :) then i went to the grocery store and came home. i didn't do too much, caught up on some dvr stuff and i just realized that american idol is coming on next week so i need to start watching the stuff i've saved on there to make room for my favorite show ever. american idol makes the spring whizz by, i can't wait!!
today i talked to the big boss and it turns out the best time for me to go up to london is the week after i see chris, and i would be flying out of paris and it is just more feasible for me to stay through st. patty's day weekend. boo, i love st. patty's day, esp with my hellrazrs. tickets are just getting to expensive to wait. on the other hand, since i have to pay for most of the ticket, i probably won't see my boyfriend for 4 months after that, so i have to make a small sacrifice. anyways, now i just need to get my ticket and rush my passport and i'll be good to go. i'll be gone mar 2 - 18, which is just so crazy, but i'm really really excited :)
i really need to go to the gym, why can't i go? boo.
