"shake your bon-bon"--ricky martin

so yesterday was a really crazy morning, but for as much as it may have fit in with a "bad day" episode, it really wasn't a bad day. my front left tire has had a slow leak for awhile, but when I notice that it was low, i would just put some air in it. yesterday morning it was evident that the 50 cents i normally put it was not going to help it, it was almost flat, so i managed to get to a discount tire and have them either patch it or use the spare. luckily they were able to patch it (stupid nail), but i had to do trainings yesterday, one at 10 and 11, and i got to the office at like 9.55 (literally), and then the 10.00 training lasted til about 10.58, but luckily the 2 people who showed up for my training meant to go to a different one and therefore left soon after joining. then i decided to take a long lunch (also finding out something weird going on at work, weird enough to change the code on our keypad upstairs and to keep the downstairs office locked at all times [yes, very odd]). you know it may seem as though i don't work, but i actually crossed plenty off my list this week, it felt really good and i felt accomplished.

after work, i met with amanda and her bf ryan for drinks at saba. amanda was a girl i lived with in new york: season 3 haha. she lived across the hall from me and although we didn't really hang out, she just moved here and she called me up and i had a really good time. yay mexicali martinis. after that, i just went home and talked to shea on the phone for awhile, then i cleaned my bathroom and stuff, blah blah. anyway, shea is coming into town tonight with ramzi and so chris and i will hang out with them i'm sure. i get to leave early to pick chris up at the airport which is fun too! i'll be all over the place this weekend, so give me a call if you want to do something :) hope everyone has a great labor day weekend! yay for long weekends!!

ps. today is my 2 year anniversary...of owning my house! (hi, i'm 50 years old now) :) get excited.
