have you had your latin kiss today?

"i'm a little bit rusty"--matchbox 20

so i hope everyone had a great memorial day weekend! mine was fun. i went down to port aransas with my parents and cleo. this year it only took us 6.5 hours instead of 9 in the wonderful RV! yay mom! (still it took WAY too long)..we didn't get in until 1.30am, and met up with my uncle and found a place to set up camp and went to sleep. the next day my uncle, mom and i drove around town and then went to the beach. fun! my uncle made fajitas that night which were awesome. on sunday, we just cleaned up and then my mom and i went to the beach for some last rays of sunshine before we all headed back. it only took 5 hours to get home, haha.
on the way back to austin, my friend jenni texted me telling me she was in austin and invited me to her friend's bbq, so i showered and got ready when i got home and met her at her friend's house. it was very chill, but so perfect to end sunday like that. plus i haven't seen jenni in over a year so it was great to see her!

on monday i woke up and went ot the gym and was saddened by the amount of sprinkles i saw while i was driving, boo! then i had to go run errands with my mom all day and then went shopping. which was a success! yay!

work has been really busy lately but i think it's ok, it's nice to have stuff to do!

so i have been watching the bachelorette, and she has finally narrowed it down to 12, so i think it's about time to make my pics. here are my favorites:

jason
the only thing that has been sketchy about him is that he has a 3 year old and hasn't told her yet, he's supposed to tell her next week so we'll see what happens. he seems really sweet though

graham
he's got that scruffy look goin' for him.

ron
ok, so he owns a barbershop, which is SO 1950s, but look how attractive this man is for being 36

anyway we'll see what happens. i enjoy watching the bachelorette b/c it's much more fun watching the guys. also it's weird to me to think that i am at the age now where these guys are like "normal" age to date. whenever the first bachelorette came out i think i was like 18 and who wants to date a 31 year old? not that i am looking for a boyfriend, i was just making an observation.

and speaking of significant others, my wonderful other half is walking around paris today! lucky! oh the places he gets to go for work ;)

also! who's excited about sex and the city!?!? i can't wait!

hope you are all having a wonderful week!

peace.
