so this week wasn't SUPER exciting...or was it? haha.

i only worked out 2x this week, mainly because we had to reschedule my monday appt to tuesday (i hate working out at night i decided) and today's also got rescheduled which is fine because whatever i did on weds really made my back sore, so i have been told to "rest" over the weekend. i also went on a walk with my mom last night so i did SOMETHING i guess.



also exciting and yet bittersweet, was that all my favorite shows had finales! :( boo. i feel jipped because of the writer's strike, what was that? like 3 or 4 epis this year? boo. in any case, i was happy with most of my finales.


first off, gossip girl, it's a guilty pleasure i admit, if you haven't started watching it, i recommend that this summer you rent the first season and you too will see what the big fuss is about.

secondly, american idol! i could not have been more happy with the results, my pick from the beginning: david cook, won it all!! i heard that a lot of people's dvrs cut off right when they announced it, luckily i had my dvr to record 3 mins over so i saw it!! first time in 7 years i picked a winner! lol. lucky #7. he's got a little bit of a chris daughtry vibe to him while making things original, and i can't wait to hear his cd. sorry archie, you just didn't cut it on this one, but i know majic 95.5 will be aching for your first single, whatever it may be!

and then lastly, grey's anatomy which was last night. i was happily surprised and pleased with the finale for the most part. i won't mention anything since i'm not sure who has watched and don't want to ruin anything, but i liked it. i am excited for the fall and sad i will miss the 2nd half of the season but nothing quite like coming back home and loading up on all the tv series on dvds...actually scratch that, they will be in saudi..and usually a few days before here, lol. NEVERMIND! :)

so my tv picks for the summer are as follow: the bachelorette (will probably try to pick a favorite when she narrows down this next set of guys) and so you think you can dance! can't. wait.

i haven't done any wedding stuff this week except for talk about the rehearsal dinner, pick out some readings for the ceremony, find the order for our ceremony (yay i'm so ahead of the game) and "ok" the boxes we will use for the favors. i'm pretty slow this week. lol. i still need a florist, but i have made an appt for invites in june! yay!

this weekend i'm going to port a with my mom and then i'll be back sunday so if you want to play on sun night or monday let me know! i'm so excited for this long weekend, hope you guys have a good one!
