hey hey,
yesterday at work i had to finish this html stuff, it took me forever! :( it was again one of my experiences where it should have taken about an hour, but i couldn't get anything to work. this is seriously why i'm thinking about going back to school for web and/or graphic design. i love, love, LOVE doing stuff like this, it is just frustrating because i don't know what i'm doing all the time. anyways, the main thing is that i finished!!
after work, i met my parents at luby's (yes, we're senior citizens) and then we went to the mall so my dad and i could get our new phones!! while we were there, we saw bundy! she was running some errands, fun. also, carosa stopped by with gary because she left for florida today for the next 5 months :(. *sad* boo.
it took FOREVER to get our phones because i had to like barter with the guy, because something weird had happened with my dad's phone 2 years ago and they said he wasn't up for his $150 off, but he really was, and it was a big mess...2 hours later, my dad and i were each equipped with beautiful phones, i got a samsung, as opposed to the LG. it has a camera, it's sleek looking, it does what i need it to do, it's perfect. i need to get free ringtones, please help me someone, if you know of any sites i can go to or soomething! (*cough* shawna *cough*)
i went home and watched some dvr stuff, and played with my phone some. i really should have gone to sleep at 11, but for some reason i just HAD to stay on the computer...i'm retarded. i am sooo tired when i wake up at 7am :(.
so tonight is the rose bowl, i don't think it's any secret i'm not a huge UT fan, yes, i think they're over-rated, etc. but this morning, i got really excited about it, and i put myself in the UT fans' shoes, and i thought, ya know, if they win, it will be REALLY exciting!! i mean it's the NATIONAL championship! so for the next 12 or so hours....HOOK 'EM!!! ;) *heart*
anyway, i might go to my parents' house and help my dad with our new phone and watch some of the game, then go home and CLEAN! ooops, i forgot it's almost friday and shea and l*bo are going to be staying with me. :)
get ready for the birthday bash, evite to come soon.
