well yesterday, i went to lunch with some co-workers at Taco C...i was gonna go there anyway and they invited me, so that was easy. yum taco c! the day went by pretty quickly, i have all these little things to do and so i'm just busy trying to get them done. blah blah.
after work, i was going to go buy wedding crashers, but i was so HUNGRY! (it's like my body knew the new year came and was like, "what? you wanted to tone down? i don't think so"), so i just went straight home. last night consisted of downloading ringtones, doing laundry, cleaning my bathrooms and biting my nails while watching the rose bowl. you already read my letter to the longhorns, but seriously that was the best game i have watched in a long time, that's how football should be! not shut outs like UT is used to, but actual competitive play! sure i think UT is a tad bit overrated still and the reason they were 12-0 is b/c the Big 12 really sucks and USC probably did play a little bit harder teams, but having an undefeated record is something to be proud of and they DID work hard for it. i think they really just wanted that national title more than USC, or at least they sure did act like it. but i am proud of the longhorns, so way to go! those last 2 minutes were making me absolutely sick, but they pulled it off. so hook 'em. (ok, enough rant)
this morning was really weird, i thought i was over sleeping, and when i looked at my clock it was 5.30...i NEVER wake up that early and i thought it was odd that my body decided that would be an appropriate time to wake up, i guess i haven't gotten that much sleep lately so 6 hours seems to be a norm. whatever.
tonight i'm going to have dinner with shawna and sharla (and colleen?), i have to choose the place, but then i may swing by my parents house to pick up the sweatshirt i have long since lost since homecoming and some other things and help my dad download ringtones, then if i have time i'll go buy wedding crashers TONIGHT and finish cleaning my house...i sound like i really have a plan, but since the bathrooms are clean, and all i have to do is sweep, i think i'll be fine.
i have an actual meeting with someone who came from out of town today, i feel really important...it's kind of cool.
