i feel like someday i need to redo the whole "realtime" blog that shawna and i had done awhile ago which proved that we are internet junkies, maybe i'll do that one day. today would be a good day b/c we have KING CAKE AND BIRTHDAY CAKE! (yeah that's for me and the other february birthday) ;) yum! i asked for cheesecake, the other guy got chocolate, sounds good to me. also, this week is my week for breakfast, neat.
yesterday i met my mom to switch our cars (i had hers to drive to houston) and she brought me mexican food from my favorite restaurant in san antonio, yessss! then i went home, ate a lot of food, cleaned my kitchen up some and watched the bachelor: paris (well i sure as hell didn't want moana to win, so i'm glad sarah won and it's cute, whatever, i'm glad he was thinking with his heart and head, good for him. he ALMOST gave me some of my faith back into guys,,...ALMOST lol), i also watched the rr/rw gauntlet, beth is so lame, i'm glad she peaced out. stupid. and i watched grey's anatomy, what a great show. bless george's heart, oh well.
so i'm really excited b/c the real world: key west comes on today and it looks somewhat good, hopefully better than austin and i think the hurricanes will help the drama, awesome. AND of course american idol, there are a few girls on there i can do without and i'm sure america feels pretty similar, so i'm excited about this week.
hopefully i won't feel incredibly lame when i get home today and get to go work out.
so i, of course, realized through this blog entry that it IS fat tuesday and i should have worn beads today to be festive, there are some downstairs apparently, but i have some on my desk (with our paychecks on friday they gave us beads, cute!) anyways, lent starts tomorrow...and i think i will participate (reaching back to the catholic roots), i think i'm going to give up sodas and fast food...which means for lunch today i have to have some taco c and be done with it for the next 40 days. *le sigh*
i hope y'all are having a great day, it is going to be absolutely GORGEOUS this week and i can't wait for the real spring to come (and of course summer), i will def take my time off to visit my cousin in corpus, allison in galveston (you know this is a george strait song..."and allison's in galveston, somehow lost her sanity") and hopefully LE in cali!!! (that would be soooo fun!). i want summer! :)
i got an invitation to mark blitch's wedding yesterday and i'm sooo very excited :) my "son" is getting married...ok that's a random story, anyway, i'm excited about that...and i'm done rambling.
