i really can't even think of a funny story or anything for what i did yesterday. i made a hair appt for next weds, thank GOODNESS, i really need a trim. i like my hair long and i can't believe i made it all summer growing it out, but i'm very proud of myself, my next step is making it to december and seeing how i feel about it.
after work i met allison, matt (her bf) and her mom at thai spice for some great sushi and thai food! yum-o! they're embarking on a 2 week roadtrip around the southwest states so i'm sure they'll have a lot of fun. then i went to visit my parents b/c i was like 2 mins away and i pulled out all my old yearbooks. my mom and i were laughing about how goofy i looked (boo) and found chris and all these other pictures. i like memories, i would be fine with never seeing any pictures of myself EVER again from the jr. high years though, boo. glasses AND braces?
i went home and added some music to my ipod, then packed for htown and decided i was going to put my new sheets on my bed. last weekend my mom and rose bought these 1000 thread count sheets that were on sale for like $80, yes. please. so i had already washed them but they didn't FEEL amazing or anything, anyways...this morning i was supposed to wake up early to take my car in, but nooo, i didn't want to leave my nice, soft BED. sure, i was probably sleepy, but the sheets were GREAT. and i woke up late, nice. whatever. i highly recommend them, they're at linens & things and i think they're still on sale til sunday or something.
chris called me last night, he is now safely in the dump they call oklahoma city and has officially been in the ghetto and he hasn't even been there 24 hours. he already seems to not like it, so i'm sure many weekend trips are in order. fun.
anyways, tonight i want to go shopping and then i'm staying at the 'rents tonight. off to houston tomorrow, more shopping, the wedding, and coming home. :)
