so i decided to keep the blog light and fresh today and talk about media. in specific, some of my new favorite songs & what i'm watching on tv this season.

first off, how funny is it to me that everytime they play that good charlotte song, all dj's say "and that was the new song from good charlotte called 'i don't wanna be in love'" really? i KNOW for a fact the stupid radio thing on the computer tells you the title and the title is 'dance floor anthem'. it doesn't really matter though, i heard it awhile ago, i love it, now they're playing it but still not a lot, and no one knows the song's name. oh well. i like that song, the new song byt he guy from train, pat monahan? called "her eyes" and i heard the new matchbox 20 cd with the 6 new songs on it and i like them all. i heart matchbox 20. and of course i just downloaded britney's "gimme more" from itunes last night because i wanted to. haha.

so far this season, this is what i'm watching:

mondays: the hills

tuesdays: beauty and the geek, nip/tuck (starting oct 30)

wednesdays: pushing daisies (premiere tonight-may or may not keep watching), private practice, dirty sexy money, gossip girl (don't. ask.)

thursdays: grey's anatomy, the office, big shots

fridays: friday night lights (really, they put it on fridays? so lame. i'll watch it on sundays then...not that i really have any other time to watch it)

i'm very pleased with most of the shows, the new ones i've started watching and some of the old stuff. i do however hope grey's doesn't suck this season, and as much as i love the office, i don't really want to watch 1 hour episodes all season, i think 1 hour shows should be kept to some reality tv shows and dramadies or just straight dramas. another note is that this may be one of the first seasons of tv watching where i have multiple 1-hour shows i watch per night. the only 30 min show i watch now is the hills and maybe the office. i'm giving up on the real world, i think i graduated, somehow i cannot graduate from the hills yet, oh well. just means i cannot watch anything on time, i hate commercials, and i love my dvr. i hope we never break up, haha.

anyway i am a bit stressed out at home because i have to clean the whole house and i've been really focused on my computer, but it's ok. the computer finally works just how i want it, (did i mention i bought a new computer? yes, it's so pretty!! i got the hp special edition, it's white and nice and clean looking. it has stupid windows vista but we can't all be perfect i suppose. it has 2GB of memory and 160gB of hard drive, what the hell do i do with all of that? hehe. loves. it.

tonight i have to get my hair cut and buy shoes for the wedding. hopefully dsw still has the ones i saw last week. fingers crossed or i will be running around barton creek for however long as they stay open. boo. plus i have to clean my bathroom tonight, that was on my list, boo. and carosa is starting to move out friday, sad. :(
