do i even have a blog anymore? boo.
so yesterday, i went walking around town lake with sharla. would you believe me if i told you it was my very first time around town lake? well...i guess i am a true austinite now b/c i have never been there. anyway sharla and i walked "briskly" for 2 miles, i ran into one of chris' friends on the trail, omi, who was very interested in wondering if we were going out afterwards..."yeah this is our pre-party" whatever. after that i just went home and watched some tv and did some laundry.
so i'm of course watching beauty and the geek, i haven't been too upset by the couples who've been voted off. i think i finally have a favorite, no one was really sticking out to me. but after the make-over episode (always the best epi in my opinion), i think i am officially going with erin & jesse (the bleached blond twins). i think it's obvious that john had the best make-over, but i don't think his team has really have stood out. anyway, i stopped watching pushing daisies, i just decided i didn't care about the characters and with nip/tuck coming on soon, i'm running out of time to watch tv. ugh.
so i just found out that i am for sure going to london for work again! yay! i'll be gone the week of dec 10, probably leave dec 8th or 9th and come back the 15th. these are the types of things that make me love my job. anyway, it's before xmas time, so if there is something you really want from london, let me know. ;) too bad i can't expense it all, haha.
chris is coming into town late tonight (so. excited. another bonus weekend!) and his friend arrives tomorrow, which is also my dad's birthday, he'll be the big 7-0. crazy. i am off to buy his bday gift tonight, but we are going to be eating somewhere fantastic tomorrow night and i'm so excited. then i will either head to the airport with chris or meet up with him and his friend later, depending on time. anyway this weekend should be good and fun, the weather is supposed to be amazing. anyway, no real plans except for eating good food on saturday too, haha.
anyway, sorry i have been so lame in posting. i have been having lots of good weekends, with carosa's wedding and celebrating shawna & sharla's birthdays, just don't have a lot of time to write, so i thought i would take my lunch break to do something.
